Today I will present you to a niche I'm especially fond of- Difference games. This lovely genre has been with us from the dawn of online games, usually displayed in simplistic games that offered a low-graphic array of pics, on which our task was to locate the different objects.
Since then the difference games took a huge leap, and today some of them present high quality graphics, intriguing story-lines and also interactive game-play. A wonderful example for a game that utilizes all of the above is Robin Hood - A Twisted Fairytale, that offers a fun interactive adventure for all ages.
Museum of Thieves doesn't offer the same vivid game-play as Robin Hood, but it does offer a plunge into a new exciting artistic world.
Based upon Lian Tanner book, the game offers an amazing journey in a mysterious museum, as you discover all 32 pages of the story you slowly realize this museum has many secrets well hidden.
Museum of Thieves is a wonderful spot the difference game, it has very nice art, intriguing story line and the music is quite captivating, even though it doesn't change.
The game requires us to locate 6 differences before advancing to the next page, and like many other difference games it offers a very convenient hint system. Another fun feature is the point system that awards us for solving a page in a short amount of time.
The game difficulty is pretty solid, the differences are not hidden very well, and few short minutes will be sufficient to complete a set of 2 pages.
All in all Museum of Thieves awards us with a nice gaming experience, I personally enjoyed playing and discovering the twist of this fun museum and overall quite enjoyed the experience.
