Physics games are one of the most popular genres on the net today. A year ago the online games world was flooded with physics games. The users especially liked the ones that were made with BOX2D like perfect balance, red remover and many more, but nowadays it seems that less games from this genre are appearing.
The first imperfect balance was very similar to the hit game perfect balance, only with a twist, instead of racking objects and making them stand the object is eliminating all objects.
Imperfect balance 2 does not add too many new things to the table. As the previous game you will drop objects on top of existing objects and try making them all fall.
Each level on Imperfect balance 2 has 3 packs inside, whenever you complete all 3, you will unlock more levels.
This game features lots of small tools like bombs that must be used wisely, glass objects that can be broken by using the correct objects, and lots of other add ons, like hammers and rotating arrows.
On first glance, Imperfect balance 2 might look like a simple game, but when you plunge inside, you understand that making mayhem out of objects might be harder then racking them up like Perfect Balance game.
The game's difficulty is quite hard and on more advanced levels, the number of objects you can use and drop is quite overwhelming, a fact that makes timing and order count.
I have to admit i used the walkthrough quite a few times to finish the game, but overall for the advanced physics gamers is achievable.
The game's difficulty advances as you play and my favorite level was 13, where the big diversity of elements to use and plan, like moving platforms really adds to the challenge.
All in all Imperfect Balance 2 is a great challenge, with nice option of elements to use. 4/5 Bgames stars
