This is a nice short game-as long as your expectations aren’t too high on puzzle solving or graphics. I thought it would be ice to include a little helping hand on how to get out of the prison.
Prison:
Pick up the mop and get it wet, pull the brick loose and use mop to dig tunnel. Once outside, click on scarecrow and click self to take clothes, put on clothes. Go back into cell and put scarecrow into bed. Exit prison and grab onion from field. Leave for town and the guard will check in on you and leave. If you want to use the time you can go back and get your sack of belongings.
In town:
Click on Job board and complete Troll bridge task for 100g. Talk to Sue and quiet the town crier. Do the second job for 50g. Go to the wizard’s hut. Get water on the mop from the fountain-it saves time.
Wizard’s hut:
Talk to wizard about the counter spell. Pay the gold and collect the canteen. You have to get the arrow with blood from the prison. Pay the gold, give the arrowhead and the wet mop. I haven’t found a good use for the haste scroll other than to die. Go to the dragon’s lair.
Dragon’s Lair:
Wizard’s riddle, choose the yellow wizard.
Go to the litter box with canteen and collect 2 “dragon water’s.” Use one to cover yourself and leave the lair and go back to the wizard’s hut.
Words of caution: you need to keep track of time-if you run out of the 24hr allotment you lose. There are small shortcuts try to find them along the way-if you just click on everything in the spot your in it will reveal some of those shortcuts through dumb luck.
All in all a decent play if not a little short. I’m looking forward to more games from this developer.
