Skill games is one of the biggest niches that the free online games has to offer. Those game vary from platform games, to gravity games and many other titles that demand the skill of the gamer, in order to win.
Gravity games is a fairly loved genre, as it offers a wide variety of options to the game developer, upon creating the levels.
While famous gravity games like Color Theory, Gravity Duck and Gravity Lama allowed the control of the character itself, Control Gravity lets you control the screen and moving your "hero" by rotating it to various sides.
I found the difficulty a bit hard, and it seemed that many levels needed too much fine tuning in order to complete. It took me several times to complete the second level, and coming from a pretty skilled gamer, that is just too hard.
The games graphics needs some tuning in my opinion, I think a 3D or maybe using stronger colors would deliver a better look and feel, cause the industrial theme is a great opportunity to feature amazing art.
The game control is pretty simple, and you control the screen movement by using the game arrows.
As you advance into the game you will find various traps- Lasers, fire traps, rotating saws and of course spikes.
My biggest problem with the game was its simple and monotonous game play. Upon advancing I did not encounter major changes and there was always the feeling the something exiting is missing.
To be frank the game overuse of spins along with its game play gets a little tedious after the 5th level.
To summarize Control Gravity is a pretty solid game. With better graphics and improved game-play it could really become a real gem.
