What is so special in Clash of the Olympians you might ask. Well generally it is another Defense/turret game where you have to protect your turf from incoming creatures, but like so many good games it is al in the details.
details my friends, are so important in making an average game to a major hit.
In Clash of the Olympians you choose one of three legendary heroes- Heracles, son of Zeus, Achilles, the famous Greek warrior or Perseus, the hero that defeated the vicious Medusa.
Your hero choice will affect the game-play. Heracles presents the widest array or weapons and also considered the strongest of all three, on the other hand, he is kinda slow, which will make your shooting rate lower.
Achilles presents the balanced type of warrior with average speed and power. Last but not least Perseus the most agile one, but as you might guess is considered also the weakest.
After choosing your hero, we will confront the first wave which consists of Satyrs, the mythical half goat-half men, which are pretty easy to beat.
During the many levels of the game, we will confront creatures of all kinds of genres, gnomes, flying witches and various creatures that all mythology fans would love to meet.
Like most turret defense games, the game features many upgrades, you can upgrade your hero's strength, speed and critical hit chance ( increases the chance of hitting a powerful hit).
On the upgrade screen you will also have chance to upgrade your weapons and special abilities, that vary between the different heroes.
The final boss is quite impressive and pretty hard to defeat but after several tries it achievable.PE
To summarize Clash of the Olympians is a fun games, the graphics is great and the variety of objects in the game, both enemies and upgrades is satisfying, on the "negative" side, it's just another (good) turret/defense game.
