It was still day light, sunset's coming near and you and your wife Betty were getting ready to go out on a fun night out. Though, anxious Betty hurried out without you (she was probably curious about the specials), and while she burst out of the building, coincidently, a trapezoidal spaceship was lying in wait till this magical moment she'd appear outside the building to pull her against gravity using the well known bright laser. From that moment on, freaked out you, is on a crusade to save her.
The game is light, you're not expected to have major clicking skills or keyboard skills to pass the levels. Although some advanced levels required me to die first before passing them, because you can't see the whole puzzle, only by "walking the lane". So the only way to see the whole puzzle screen is just go for blinds and go wherever it takes you. Sometimes i was lucky and I passed it in my first try, though some other times, it required me to do it again after figuring out the stages of solution.
I did enjoy the fact, that it runs so smoothly and it mixes both mind and timing skills. The levels weren't hard to solve at all, though you can spot it was made with a nice touch of thought beyond. The game play is very minimalistic and simple, you click the mouse to jump, while walls redirect your moves.
Interface wise, the game has 3 different platforms; you first start at the city, then in the the desert, then inside the spaceship, than back to the city where the story ends, happily ever after. It resembles a lot scenes from the classic games such as the famous Super Mario, and you can definitely see the influence both in game play and graphics.
Playing this game is an enjoyable, short experience that can speak to the heart of any retro loving gamer. I give it a 3.7/5
