Do you like blue elephants? Do you love achievements? If you answered yes to both questions, 2008 must have been an exciting year for you! That was the year when the little blue elephant started collecting achievements and made our life lots more enjoyable. The blue elephant gave some unforgettable roles on various games- He was running, he was battling one level, but the real magic began when he started unlocking achievements!
So what does the sequel has to offer? As always, our elephant will jumping and rolling on various screens filled with obstacles, spikes, gravity changes and...achievements, whole lot of them- 250 to be accurate!
This game has the biggest, weirdest and funniest achievements you ever stumbled into, you will earn achievements for jumping, standing, getting lost, drinking water, dying ( yes, that's not a mistake) and even for not doing anything.
Another fun feature that helped me spend extra time on this game is the marketplace shop, that offers buying cool stuff like extra levels. Not to worry, extra levels does not cost real money, they can be purchased by playing and collecting game coins, which is not that hard.
As you might guess, Achievement Unlocked 2 is all about fun, the game-play is cute and simple and there's no real challenge when playing this game. Collecting all 250 achievements might pose a challenge but it's all a matter of time until you collect all of them, or at least most of them.
To sum it up, Achievement Unlocked 2 continues the tradition of the first game, and offers an original game-play seasoned with funny achievements and lots of mindless fun.
Pros- Funny, lots of achievements, casual no-brainer game.
Cons- Approaches a narrow gamers niche, especially for achievement games fans.
