ok look i kinda hate this game but let me help once you power the elevater go the the right keep going untill you find another elevater and it will take you up then goto the left climb down the lader and turn off the water then go back te way you came and go down to where it was flooded and turn the vavle and then go back up to where you turned off the water the steam should be gone and walk that way thats as far as i got :/ i hope it helps
