10.now i can't ay on my xp

To ADMIN: I see that loopylee is having the same problem as I am. I was able to play this game for months - and all of a sudden am unable to. I do have Windows Vista - and wonder if this has something to do with it. I too am unable to email you - because your mailbox is full. Please help - I really enjoy this game. Thanks

We loved playing Rise of Atlantis, however we can't do this any more because you have screwed up the player. We have tried every way to update to player 7, but it is impossible. Looking at your other "Quick Comments" you appear to have a big problem with your site and other users are having problems as well. How about some good old fashioned customer service to resolve this problem, or is this beyond your capabilities?
