Robot: walk back to switch and wait for robot to walk under the door. Activate the switch. This will bring down the door on top of the robot. Robot dies. Activate switch to raise door. Find your dead buddy and drag his butt to the ship. Use the 'E' key when you reach your buddy. Keep 'E' pressed down, and try to go up the stairs with him, dragging him to the ship. It takes some practice, but you'll get him there.
